Return & Exchange Window

You may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your request must be submitted via email within this timeframe.

Eligibility for a Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges for items under the following conditions:

  • The item has a factory defect.

  • The wrong item, color, or size was sent.

  • Any other mistake was made on our part.

Conditions for All Returns

To be accepted, all returned items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original tags and stickers attached. Items that are deemed worn, used, dirty, or missing tags will be returned to the purchaser at their expense, and no refund or exchange will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized Jerseys

All sales are final for customized and personalized jerseys.

  • Once a name or number has been printed on a jersey, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item itself is faulty or the customization is incorrect (i.e., different from what you ordered).

  • We will not offer a refund or exchange on a customized jersey if a player leaves the club or changes their squad number after the purchase is made.

We strongly encourage you to double-check all customization details before placing your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please follow these steps to begin the process:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at contact@ujerseys2025.shop within 7 days of receiving your item.

  2. Provide Details: In your email, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a video showing the defect or incorrect item. This is required to process your request.

  3. Await Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining a tracking number from the courier.

Processing Your Exchange or Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

  • Exchanges: If approved, your replacement item will be shipped out.

  • Refunds: Refunds are only issued for eligible returns where an exchange is not possible. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
